My work is focused on supporting you to gently unwind the patterns of overgiving and self-abandoment that are often shaped through trauma and abuse, emotional conditioning or difficult relational dynamics which can lead to burnout and exhaustion.

This is not about forcing change or becoming someone new. 

It's about building awareness, self-compassion, and a stronger internal foundation so you can begin to relate to yourself in a different way. 

A way that feels safer. 
More grounded. 
More supportive. 

A way where your needs matter, your energy is protected, and your life is no longer organised around everyone else at your expense. 

This is not about perfection - it's about coming back into balance, one step at a time, in a way that feels possible to sustain.

Hello, I'm Katie

I work with women who are ready for meaningful change in how they relate to themselves and their lives. 

As a PACFA Registered Psychotherapist, I support you to find clarity, stability, and a deeper connection to yourself - especially if life has felt overwhelming, dissconnected, or shaped by difficult relational expereinces. 

Together, we create space to gently explore what has been impacting you. This often includes patterns formed through trauma, burnout, self-abandoment, toxic relationships, gaslighting, and abuse at the hands of a narcissist. Understanding this is not about labelling your story - it's about helping you make sense of it, so something new becomes possible. 

Through individual therapy or group work, we focus on rebuilding your internal foundation - your sense of self, your emotional steadiness, and your ability to trust yourself deeply again. 

Over time, this allows you to move through life with more clairty, self-support, and inner strength - not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with who you already are beneath what you've had to adapt to.
